OUR STACKING MODULES

Our Modules are based off of 30 years of field experience, curriculum design, and study. We have put together 8 modules that combine the tools and techniques we have experienced that deliver in an easy to do way, maintain for day to day challenges and balance, restore from issues with listening, attention, self care/love, family and community communication skills, and enhance body, mind and spirit, based in self love. We have created and implemented and now have the social data.

Through 12 years of International Self/Social Emotional community platforms, and the success of our students and educators, society, and our collective humanitarian advancement, we guarantee with a 7 day money back opportunity on most classes, that our self love methods and the way we share them, work.

The modules are designed with embodiment practices, tools, and techniques that are not found in any other education program. There are plenty of great yoga classes, meditation classes, and personal development courses and options. yet, our stacking modules work for a ll those areas of development and more, the modules can also be used as a partner curriculum for any education setting. 

When we do the internal work and learn to really love self, when we are given the opportunity to explore gifts, mission and purpose, our authentic nature and gifts come out. That is life transforming for all people.

These modules place the focus on the inside, the connection to the heart and inner guidance system, and how we relate those parts of self to the outside world, we cultivate each persons connection to the heart, gifts, mission and purpose.

The second area of focus is on moving out into the world and our classrooms whether at home, private or in a public setting, and meeting the world with our tools and skill sets.
