In Person Summer Youth Development

Service Description

Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders from the Inside Out In Person Sessions | 2 Hours Weekly | 4- 8 Weeks | Fat Cat Lounge, Smithville, TX Mondays weekly at 4 PM-6PM June 9th-July 28th, 2025. Ages 11-15 Registration $400 for the 4 or 8 week session. Join us for a powerful 4-8-week heart-based personal development journey designed to support youth in discovering their inner strength, voice, joy and purpose. This experience invites young people into a nurturing, uplifting space where they will explore who they are, connect with others, and grow into empowered, compassionate leaders. Each week, participants gather for 2 hours, engaging in guided sessions filled with guided activations, personal exploration exercises, peer to peer group dynamic, creativity, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, communication skills, and leadership tools—all designed to support their unique path. Youth continue on with the modules at home for the next 6 days, exploring self through daily self development tools, journaling, I am Power Statements, creating, and integrating, and trying out the new activations, tools and techniques from each module. And they still get to enjoy their summer, and grow while they are home. Each module includes: Guided activations & meditations Reflective journaling exercises Group & individual learning experiences Tools for real-life health and wellness development A PDF of the modules as we work through them. Through eight interactive modules, youth will: Cultivate confidence and self-awareness Strengthen their emotional and social skills Learn to connect with, speak and lead from the heart Connect in community with other like-hearted youth Bring a personal idea, project, or vision to life Launch their own mission with encouragement and support Youth will notice inner joy, inspiration, focus, attention, improved self esteem and more emotional regulation.
