In the face of present mental health challenges, opiate crises, teen pregnancy rates, and alarming suicide statistics, the cultivation of soft skills emerges as a powerful antidote. Soft skills encompass a diverse array of interpersonal abilities, including empathy, communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence. These skills serve as the cornerstone for fostering deep connections, understanding, and support within communities. By prioritizing the development of soft skills, individuals can forge meaningful connections that offer solace and strength amidst personal struggles. Enhanced communication skills enable open dialogue about mental health issues, breaking down stigmas and fostering supportive environments for those in need. Empathy cultivates understanding and compassion, crucial elements in combating feelings of isolation and despair. Moreover, resilience nurtures the ability to navigate adversity with grace and determination, offering a lifeline in times of crisis. As we equip present and future generations with these invaluable tools, we not only bolster individual well-being but also foster a collective culture of empathy, kindness, and resilience. By bringing an inner connection to the heart, joy, health, and wellness, soft skills pave the way for a brighter, more hopeful future, where individuals are empowered to support one another through life's challenges with understanding, compassion, and resilience.

In the beginning there were a few of us teaching peace, unity, non violent communication, designing and testing progressive education with programs like "Learning Through the Arts " Saskatchewan public school board, and teen pregnancy programs, at risk youth programs. The Saskatchewan prairies were a hot bed of opportunities for supporting indigenous youth, and programs that fostered happiness, joy and unity amongst our chidlren and youth. Heidi Little was there. In the beginning of it all, designing, testing and implementing. She remembers why we began this journey into whole child, whole systems, education. To support and uplift our youth, families, schools , communities,  and teachers. We have come along way, and forgotten a lot of what was learned. Funding cuts, bottom lines, no time ... we an do better than 2nd Step, or CASEL, always reaching outside of the self. The Center for Advancement in Heart Based Education: provides turnkey, Train the Trainer and partner curriculum, with enrichment specials. The eight instructional stacking modules were created over 25 years of progressive education, program development and teaching. The modules and techniques have proven that our connection to heart, and inner guidance system are the way forward . 

Our trainings and workshops offer a blend of online and in-person experiences. We've built our foundation on a combination of workshops and Stacking Certifications, forming a robust learning framework. Participants engage in group cohorts and all potential students/clients, have access to private workshops, classes, and events held throughout the year. Each module spans 3 hours, ensuring focused and impactful learning sessions. Additionally, we provide licensing and trainers for organizations, school districts, and educational/training organizations across North America and Globally.

For the educator whether private/public/homeschool/free school or no school: our body, mind and spirit curriculum is based in Embodiment Practices, Tools and Techniques, that restore the heart, brain coherence, and supports the parasympathetic nervous system. Included are concrete tools to learn, experience, live and teach. Structured group exploration, personal exploration,  identify gifts, mission and purpose, in a weekly, stacking, team atmosphere that is supportive, and inspiring.
